A MEDIA PARADISE
Photographers and videographers can create wonderful works of art for a very affordable price! The minimum media venue fee is $25.00 (*includes tax) for photo/video sessions up to 2 hours, cash due upon arrival for the session. It is recommended and appreciated if photographers/videographers have liability insurance. If so, please provide proof of insurance at your first session to be kept on file and your sessions will be reduced to $20 per session (tax included). Wedding photography (rehearsal and ceremony) is included in the wedding fee. Sessions are by appointment only. No photo shoots on Sundays until after 2:00 p.m. - check the calendar for available dates. Please park at the front gate and always check in at the office (first house) upon arrival to sign media and hold harmless agreements.

SNOW!
January Update: We finally got some nice snow in late December which took several weeks to melt. We had a nice snow maternity photo shoot. WILDLIFE
Migratory waterfowl frequent the lake from late fall until early spring and a variety of songbirds and hummingbirds can be found in the orchards and woodlands. January update: We currently have visiting wood ducks, mallards, and ring necks. At one point they just had a tiny circle in the middle of the lake that wasn't frozen.
FYI: The lake is often clearer in the winter when it doesn't have the upwelling caused by the summer heat. HISTORIC BUILDINGS
